Shipping Times:

Shipping times are estimated. I have noted that I do travel full time and I am not always near a post office. Even ready-to-ship items can take up to 14 days to make it into the mail. From the time the product is dropped off, USPS estimates between 2-5 business days to be delivered. I send all items through USPS Ground Advantage and updates orders with tracking numbers. Made-to-order items require more time to ship, please allow up to six weeks for your order to be delivered to the post office. Often times the made-to-order pieces will ship out sooner than the six week threshold but I will always be in touch via email if it does get delayed to to life circumstances or supply chain issues. Thank you for your understanding!

International Shipping: 

Currently, I do not offer international shipping. If you are an international customer with your heart set on a piece, please reach out to me via email! I am open to discussing shipping if both parties can find a mutual solution we agree upon.

Returns:

Each piece is intentionally crafted with fine attention to detail. All sale are final. I encourage customers to follow me on socials where they can see candid photos and videos of the pieces before they are posted to my website. However, if you are truly unhappy with your piece we may be able to discuss an exchange if it is still intact and you reach out to me within three days of receiving the item.

As a note to the return policy above, I ask that everyone read the item’s description thoroughly. I try my best to include detailed descriptions of the beads, finished, metals, and size. Before you checkout, make sure all of the specs suit your needs and wants!

Address:

Please make sure your address is accurate before hitting that checkout button! As someone who has done this (maybe more than a couple of times) I just want to make sure that you receive the item you ordered since there isn’t a lot I can do once the package is in the hands of the postal system.
